Virtually everything that’s “wrong with you” began as a compensation and as a survival mechanism in childhood. Therefore it deserves nothing but respect and compassion. Gabor Maté
To my eyes,
Therapy is a meeting: between you and your different parts, between your dreams and your reality, between who you think you are and your unexplored depths, between you and me. Therapy is meeting your ‘exiled’ parts and gently luring them back, being with them, listening. Therapy is witnessing the paradox: when, with great compassion you completely accept yourself as you are, and only then, something can start changing.

I have dedicated the last two decades to trauma work, personal, collective and transgenerational. I am a student and active part of Thomas Huebl’s community, as well as an active member of the Pocket Project. I have been a mentor in the last global TWT and will be again in the next one (2025-2027). I currently run a lab within the pocket project on the topic ‘exploring loneliness’.
Trauma has the potential to be a gateway Gabor Maté
My work is relational and process-oriented: the relation between you and me is an essential part of the work, and at the same time, “something in you”, the process we are engaged in, will show us the road. I am here to accompany you along the road, sometimes leading, sometimes following, and sometimes simply walking alongside, always within the boundaries of a safe and holding space. If appropriate, touch can be a tool of connection between you and me, between you and the different aspects of yourself.
