Focusing

Our body continuously picks up more information than we are consciously aware of. During Focusing, we create a pause in the ongoing external flow in order to attend to the wealth of knowledge accumulated in our body. Listening to the “felt sense”, letting it speak through us and awaiting a shift from within, Focusing reconnects us to inner knowledge buried deep within our body.
